Dave Maize Acoustic Guitars are sold directly,
and are not available through any dealers. A deposit of 50% is required
upon order. This will secure a spot in my production schedule. A
receipt will be sent at that time itemizing any options, and including
an approximate delivery date. Delivery time for an instrument is
currently three to four months or less depending on stock. The balance
plus shipping charges will be due on completion and prior to shipping.
Payment may be made with money order, bankdraft, or wired transfer.
Return Policy
After delivery there is a three day trial period.
If you are not
satisfied, contact
Dave Maize Acoustic Guitars to arrange returning the instrument for a
full refund
excluding shipping charges. The trial period does not apply to any
highly
customized instrument.
Warranty
Dave Maize Acoustic Guitars are warranted to be
free of defects in
materials
and workmanship. This applies to the original purchaser of the
instrument
for a period of five years from date of reciept as long as the company
exists. All warranty repairs
must be performed
by Dave Maize or an approved repair person. The warranty does not cover
repairs necessitated
by accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, natural
disaster
or cracking of wood or finish resulting from extreme change in
temperature
or humidity. Pickups, strings frets and tuning machines are not covered
by
this warranty.
